SHIPPING & RETURNS

When will my order be despatched? We ship Monday - Friday excluding Bank holidays. During busy spells, orders can take up to 3 business days to despatch from receipt of your order.  However, we always aim for this to be sooner where possible and the majority of orders received by 11am are processed and despatched the same day.

How long will delivery take in the UK? Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail and delivery is subject to their terms and conditions. Standard 2nd class delivery takes up to 3-5 days with standard 1st class delivery taking up to 1-3 days. Regrettably, we cannot offer delivery on Sundays or Bank Holidays. Please note that all delivery times are estimates and delays in the Royal Mail delivery service do occasionally take place. Although these delays are out of our control, we will do all we can to help.  Please leave a note at checkout if you have any specific delivery instructions for your postman. 

How long does international delivery take? We use Royal Mail's International Standard service for all orders outside the UK mainland. Orders to the EU typically take

What about customs, taxes and duties? Please note that Versed Aid is not liable for any duties, taxes or any other charges incurred in relation to the importation of its goods sent from the UK to another country. In all circumstances, all such costs will be payable by the purchaser of such goods.

What if I miss my delivery? If delivery to the address is not possible, a card should be left by the carrier to let you know how you can collect the parcel or arrange re-delivery. We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not following up to collect the parcel or being available at the specified re-delivery time. 

RETURNS

Can I return or exchange my item? We aim to keep things simple - so Versed Aid will gladly accept the return or exchange of products in their original and sealed condition within 14 days of receipt of purchase.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless we've shipped an item in error (then we're plonkers) or an item has been damaged in transit (then someone else is a plonker).

If your return or exchange is due to the product being damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage so we can give our delivery people a bit of a talking to as well as rectifying things for you. 

Refunds will be made to your original card/payment method.
